The UK faces a significant public health challenge: over two-thirds of adults are overweight or obese, with the average Brit attempting a whopping 189 diets throughout their lives. In 2022, Eucalyptus launched Juniper in London to tackle this issue, marking Euc’s entry into the UK market.

As the UK Creative Lead, I relocated to London and built a team of local and remote creatives. We faced a unique set of challenges: a distinct market mindset and a crowded competitive landscape. To succeed, we needed to:

  • Develop a distinct brand identity: We crafted a brand that was bold, sophisticated, and warm, cutting through the noise and resonating with the UK audience.

  • Build a high-performing creative engine: we developed impactful campaigns across various channels, driving acquisition and brand awareness. It was integral that our team was built to move swiftly & respond to market changes in the rapidly emerging field of medicated weight loss. 

Within 2.5 years, Juniper has become one of the fastest-growing UK start-ups in the digital health sector.
